Richpeace launches automatic face mask machine line

Richpeace, a textile machinery manufacturer, introduces its latest range of automatic production line for the manufacturing of masks.

The line automates production of surgical masks, fish style masks, cup masks and folded face masks that meet the standards of N95, KN95, FFP2 and so on.

It can support the production of various kinds of fabrics including non-woven, spun, meltblown, hot air fabric, etc.

The machines require feeding of 3-6 layers of material, nose clip cut and feed, mask shape and pattern welding, inkjet printing with earloops welding and mask half folding, mask edge sealing and removing the waste and finally collecting the finished folding masks.

Moreover, the line is designed for the production of surgical masks which is the most commonly worn, cheap and disposable. It limits the chance of inhaling huge infection particles thus protecting the wearer form any infection.

The production line includes three layers of material loading, nose bridge cut & feed, mask welding & cutting, earloop welding stations, mask collecting conveyor.

It also features an optional bag packing station, the automatic bag packing station and full automatic packing at the line end.
