The specific distribution is: the printing and dyeing scale of Fugou County, Shangshui County, Taikang County and Shenqiu County is respectively controlled at 1.18 billion meters, 1.1 billion meters per year and 160 million meters per year. The printing and dyeing scale of Shenqiu County remains at the original level of 71 million meters per year.
